Here's what I'm planning for us to have for dinner this week. It's always subject to change, but I give it a good try anyway. :) I like to keep several meals of "left overs" or from making a double batch in the freezer so I have a back-up if we have a really rough day. :)
Monday: goulash with salad, corn, and rolls
Tuesday: Trudi's chicken packets, salad, and green beans
Wednesday: tacos
Thursday: Stonewood pork chops (a recipe from a restaurant in Gville) with Granny Smith apple chutney, rice, green beans, and corn
Friday: homemade pizza with turkey pepperoni and then roasted red peppers on my half and artichoke hearts on Matt's half
Saturday: Russian chicken (crockpot) with potatoes, corn, and salad
Sunday: chicken pot pie and salad
Monday: Chinese lettuce wraps with teriyaki noodles
*Friday, Saturday, or Sunday could turn into a night out since our FIFTH anniversary is on Friday. :) :)
*Asa can try a bite (or more if he likes it) on Monday, Thursday, Saturday, and next Monday (those meals have a main dish that is dairy free). I think he'll actually really like tonight's dinner since it's very similar to one of his all time favs--spaghetti. ;)

It all sounds DELICOUS!!! :)
I plan our meals the same way you do - I love some of your ideas. I don't know about you - but I feel like I cook the same things over and over :)
