29.  My Education

As this month winds down and I reflect on what else stands out to me to be especially thankful for, I am thankful for my education.  I was blessed to have some AMAZING teachers throughout all my schooling.  I also pursued the degree I always dreamed of which was practical and applicable from day one as I studied child development.  I learned things that were helpful to me in the classroom from the get-go and that I definitely continue to use to this day as a mom.  I am so thankful for the teachers who poured themselves out to nurture and challenge me through the years.  Not to mention all the paper work they did (which I didn't realize until I became a teacher myself!)! :)
