24. Thanksgiving!
I am thankful for this day to celebrate the great goodness of our God and give Him thanks! I am also thankful that this is our 7th Thanksgiving living away from family and yet our 7th Thanksgiving getting to celebrate with family. What a blessing! In retrospect as I think through this Thanksgiving, I realize that with 2 kids and living at least a 9 hour drive from our families our days of traveling for the (unfortunately) short Thanksgiving (drive 1 day, stay for 2 days, drive back 1 day) may be numbered. So I am thankful we were with family this year (thanks for having us, Matt's family! :)), the past 6 years, and however many more we have before we "stay put" for Thanksgiving.
