1. Our Ohio house is officially on the rental market. So far, showings have worked out without too much naptime acrobatics on our part. Last Saturday we had to cut nap time short after just 1-1.5 hours for a showing, and that kind of put Asa on the overtired path, but he miiiiight be starting to recover now. It was also shown Wednesday evening. The house next door just went up for rent too, but they are asking almost $1,000 more a month! That certainly ought to work in our landlord's favor! Ha! We hope this house has renters soon--for his sake and for ours (mostly for the sake of our sleep and happy hearts!). :)
2. I cannot believe that Monday will be TWO weeks until we move. July, when Matt found out his company was closing, seems like a lifetime ago. I don't even know what happened to the rest of summer!
3. This weekend our FAMILY FUN plans include Home Depot's free kids' building workshop--Matt & Asa will make a firetruck!, a delicious restaurant up in Cleveland (worth the drive), and the children's museum. Around the house jobs include cleaning the oven and touching up paint.
4. I VOTED today! Woo hooooo! I was so glad to vote early in person. The ladies at the Board of Elections loved Asa & Anna Reaghan, too. :)
5. Anna Reaghan has discovered goldfish crackers. Only, she can't have regular goldfish because they are dairy, so she eats pretzel goldfish. She might have even said "fish" this week (or it could have been "this"... hard to tell as she says /s/ as /sh/). :)
