After breakfast, we loaded in the van and headed up the road. Almost right away we found a gift for my grandmother that is just perfect for her. That was a fun way to begin our browsing. :)
As we perused some more, we ended up walking away with a $2 baby sled for this winter, a 50 cent Cars game for Asa/when we redecorate his room to a vehicle theme this summer, 50 cent truck, and best of all, a $4 tricycle for Asa!! He is in love and spent all morning and afternoon until rest time riding the trike. He doesn't use the pedals yet, but he is so proud to scoot along and even found a bucket of spare magnetic letters in the garage to "personalize" his "wheels."
AR has not been left out of the fun this weekend. Matt has a coworker who has been passing down the most adorable baby girls clothes and more shoes than you can imagine over the past month. Seriously! A huge bag full of just shoes!! S-t-y-l-i-n-g!!
Pics of new shoe wardrobe and Asa's tricycle to come. I think my computer should be delivered in Monday!! Apparently we missed the initial delivery attempt while we played at the library on Friday. Boo!
